Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the skates and accessories back into their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all tags and protective padding are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
